Roosje Boom-van Gelder is Commercial Director at Moovs and Maxxecure. She develops and executes high level programs to facilitate organizational development and transformation.

With Moovs she and her team focuses on programs around services, sales, leadership, culture and talent development. With Maxxecure she and her team focuses on prevention and dealing with aggression and violence at the workplace and programs on profiling, security awareness etc.. Applying new perspectives on talent development and learning with unique scientifically based or in practice proven international programs.

As a master trainer  of Thomas Leland, her main topic is Diversity and Inclusiveness. She explores with senior leaders-directors how the principles of Inclusive Leadership can help them across to leverage differences, to engage everyone and build high performing teams.

From an ethnographic research methodology, she partners with clients as an “outsider on the inside,” establishing broad and deep relationships within an organization that provide C-level and senior leaders with unique, eyeopening perspectives on their changing roles. Clients include individuals and teams responsible for leading global strategy and high performance organizational culture, postmerger integration, and joint-venture partnering. Roosje earned her M.A. in Occupational Health Psychology (OHP) at the University of Utrecht and has been training, coaching and consulting for more then 15 years. In this period she worked in and outside Europe for a lot of companies. In her youth she lived in Paris and Brussels. She studied Psycologia di Lavoro at the University of Bologna in Italy. Nowadays she consults, coaches and is training marketleaders of which a lot are retailers. Number 1 customer is Ahold for more then 16 years for Albert Heijn,, Etos, Gall&Gall, ACC. Clients she worked for next to Ahold are Hudson´s Bay, Action, Rabobank, HEMA, Selecta, Diesel, Randstad, Grand Vision, Samsung, EY, KLM AirFrance, WestRock and the Dutch Soccer Federation.

Roosje is married and has 3 young children and now lives in Warmond a little village near Amsterdam with her family. She likes to travel around the world with her family, loves skiing and spending time with her family and friends.
