Juliette Austin is a diversity and inclusion leader with over twelve years of experience. In her project management and leadership roles she has focused on organizational development, learning, diversity, engagement, strategy, and implementation.

Juliette has successfully kick-started internal diversity programs and guided organizations on their journey towards diversity and inclusion. She leverages her coaching skills to inspire change and personal transformation. Her experience being internal to companies provides her with critical insights and understanding of workplace operations.

Juliette is a native New Yorker, where she received her Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and had earned her Bachelors in Psychology from UMass-Amherst.
