Cheryl Williams, Ph.D. is a senior organizational development and global human resources professional with a solid business orientation specializing in cultural inclusion
and diversity.

Dr. Williams has developed and delivered numerous learning programs to global audiences. Her training programs for executives and senior leaders include intercultural communication skills, global cultural management, inclusive leadership, English acquisition skills, project management across cultures, and collaborating across cultures.

As a recognized corporate anthropologist and published ethnographer, Dr. Williams has been detailing the communication behaviors of the Suriname ‘Bushnegroes’ Maroons since 1993. Dr. Williams is a full Professor at Concordia University in Irvine, California.
