MAUREEN BLACKWELL 

Maureen is an executive coach, instructor, facilitator and organization development
consultant with extensive experience in public, private and non-profit organizations.
During her twenty-five year career at IBM, Maureen held leadership positions in
training, consulting, marketing, manufacturing, business development, finance and
product planning. Maureen has proven experience in performance and project
management and strategic planning, as well as leading successful virtual
organizations and projects in the U.S. and globally. Maureen has been coaching
leaders for over 10 years in the areas of leadership, communication, team formation,
emotional intelligence, difficult conversations, feedback, stakeholder management,
transition and cultural competence. 

Maureen is a graduate of Mary Washington University and the Coaches Training Institute and is a Professional Certified Coach, accredited by the International Coach Federation. Maureen is an adjunct faculty member in the Executive Leadership and Innovation MBA Programs at James Madison University, where she co-directs the Leadership Development Program and teaches Leadership and Communications. 

She lives in Castleton, Virginia.
