FATIMA DOMAN  

Fatima is a bestselling author and Executive Coach. She enriches client engagements with her educational and cultural background. As the Founder and CEO of Authentic Strengths Advantage ®,  she has spent a good deal of time as a professional abroad. During her 20+ years as an executive coach and speaker, Fatima has worked on every continent except Antarctica. She speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and French. 

Fatima's clients value the unique perspective she brings to a business climate that becomes more global every day. She is passionate about coaching people to measurably succeed as they learn to leverage their strengths. Fatima's coaching areas of expertise are: resilience, positive leadership, emotional intelligence, work/life transitions, succession planning and developing executive vitality through whole life balance - all of which empower sustainable high performance. Her bestselling book, Authentic Strengths, has been showcased in the Huffington Post, Psychology Today, and via her appearances on TV and Radio. 

Fatima has worked successfully with many Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients representing a variety of industries including technology, consulting, electronics, health care, insurance and media. She has also worked with higher education, aerospace, several branches of the U.S. military, NASA, law enforcement, the UNCR, the International Rescue Committee and with executive groups of governments in the U.S. and abroad.

Fatima holds the Advanced Executive Coaching Certification from the Columbia University Coaching Program, receiving International Coach Federation distinction at the P.C.C. level. She has earned an M.A. in intercultural studies from California State University, and a B.A. in French and communication studies as well. 

Fatima has partnered with SMCOV, a global training company to create and license strengths workshops, as well as master certifications for the following: ASA Resilience ©; ASA Leader as Strengths Coach ©; ASA for Teams ©; ASA Whole Life Balance ©; ASA for College/University ©; ASA for Youth/Teens ©; VIA Your Strengths at Work ©; and VIA Manager as Optimizer ©.  

Fatima co-created the ASA psychometric surveys/reports: ASA Resilience, ASA Change/Transition and ASA Stress. Fatima has served as Co-Founder and Co-Director of FranklinCovey's Global Executive Coaching Practice, and as Faculty of the FranklinCovey/Columbia Business School Executive Coach Certification Program. She also managed the global certification and developed content for FranklinCovey's internationally acclaimed program The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, among other leadership programs. 

Previous interests include writing, directing and producing documentary films about her immigration experience, Azorean Dreams, which was honored at the U.S. Library of Congress. 

Fatima and her family live in Park City, Utah. She enjoys hiking, travel and reads extensively.
